No offense...

So Randy was reading my blog last night, isn't he sweet that way...all interested in my blog...Ok, so I actually forced him to come down and read it so I wouldn't have to relive my day to him! (But he actually does read my blog on his own time...while he's at work...supposedly "working hard" to support us) Ok, sorry I've already gotten off the subject...But he is a sweetie...

Alright, enough already...so he reads the part about Wal-Mart and asks gently, "Doesn't that sound kind of snobby" Well maybe it does and so I am here to apologize to anyone that I might have offended...If you are a Wal-Mart shopper that does not comb their hair before leaving the house or if you still are wearing your pj's or your butt crack is showing or if you watch Nascar, then I'm sorry to offend you. (But maybe you could just run a brush through that hair)

Let me state that I too, am a shopper of Wal-Mart...they have the lowest prices and I can't deny that. I just don't love the fact that the store is sometimes very dirty...no offense, those of you who enjoy dirt! And if you are a fellow Wal-Mart shopper, all is well, I am one of you (just one that changes out of my jammies)

So till the next time...meet me in the Wal-Mart parking lot and we'll tailgate by roasting some wieners and watching Nascar on our portable TV!

I call myself the Wal-mart slut, I gripe about it and going there...but I keep going back. Ours isn't so bad though, as far as Wal-marts go, it's new and kept up...but I have been in some raunchy ones.

I'm so offended. Do you know we have a walmart right down the street and I've never set foot in the place. So I guess I'm the snob. A harmon's snob that is.

We all have our vices, and personally I am picky about my grocery store.

Tony reads my blog but HATES to comment. Every now and then he'll throw me a bone and leave a word or two. Mostly he just emails me and tells me what he does and doesn't like about my posts. Maybe Tony and Randy should get their own dang blogs so they can leave ours well enough alone.

Oh man--I love you melissa! That post made me laugh really hard--dude, I have to admit I was really ticked when I read the other post, but now I am pacified...thanks!! Just because you shop at Walmart, doesn't mean you can't find a lot fo things about it disgusting, right? It's a very love/hate relationship with the Nascar loving Walmart and myself.

I'm with you. Walmart is ick. Kaitlin always ask's "what's that smell" the whole time we're shopping. I usually try to avoid, but you're right it's cheap and sometimes must be patronized.

i didn't feel offended - i shop there. mostly in real clothes, not jammies. can't help but complain about people, too. p.s. i live in west jordan - you're welcome anytime to help grade papers :)

I'm a WalMart shopper myself and not easily offended -- so no apologies necessary. Sometimes we have to go there despite their lovely atmosphere!

ok, I was completely kidding before when I wrote I was offended...I think my sarcasm might have been lost in translation...anyways, you couldn't offend me if you wanted to (unless you talk about my mama) :)

Kristi...I didn't think I had offended you...I get your sarcasm...I love it in fact! Someday we'll visit Wal-Mart together, arm in arm...bunny slippers on and all!

Do you remember, was it a homecoming dance? that you were invited to by a guy that I REALLY thought, NO I FORBADE you to go
with and you had to call him and tell him no after you told him yes and you rehearsed your answer before you called him because you were so nervous and didn't want to sound prejudical but when you called him you just kept talking and tried to make it sound polite but it just didn't because you just kept talking around the word prejudical without ever saying it and it just made it worse. Well this last blog is kinda like that.
P S And, oh, by the way I call our Walmart a 3rd world country which Jim doesn't like to hear me say either.

Cole always yells when we drive by a Wal-Mart "Wal-Mart stinks" - I've got my own Rainman -we've had a few "choice" experiences there and will not be visiting a Walmart anytime soon. So what if I like to waste money and shop at Target.
